- onion 0.5 piece
- garlic 1 clove
- celery 1 stalk
- bell pepper 1 piece
- olive oil 0.5 tablespoon

- Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon
- chili powder 1 pinch
- water 3 tablespoons
- cauliflower rice 4 ounces
Method

Finely chop the onion. Press the garlic. Slice the celery. Dice the bell pepper.

Heat the oil in a pan and cook the ground beef for 4 minutes until done. Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper and celery and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Then add paprika, Italian seasoning, chili powder, water and the cauliflower rice. Cook on high heat for 3 minutes.

Serve the cauliflower rice stir-fry with ground beef on a plate. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Keep the cauliflower rice on high heat for the full three minutes in Step 2.
