Per-meal-type averages: breakfast 6.7g (n=52), lunch 12.3g (n=232), dinner 12.1g (n=426), snack 4.5g (n=35). A Monte Carlo simulation drew 10,000 random breakfast+lunch+dinner combinations (Python, seed=42) and tested each against the 25g daily threshold. Result: 7,888/10,000 (78.9%) cleared 25g; 9,433/10,000 (94.3%) cleared 20g. Average 3-meal day: 31.1g. Average 4-meal day (adding snack): 35.5g.
