  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1 scallion
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese, reduced fat (15 ml)
  • 2 slices bread, whole wheat

Preparation

  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl using a fork.
