  • 2 slices turkey breast

  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 oz (28 g) raisins
  • 1 handful (25 g) spinach
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread

Preparation

  1. Quarter the grapes and chop the celery.
  2. Slice the turkey breast into thin strips.
  3. In a bowl, mix grapes, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, celery, turkey, and raisins. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place spinach on one slice of bread and spoon the turkey salad on top.
  5. Add the second slice of bread and cut the sandwich in half.
